Randall H. Borkus

Randall is in the business of providing asset protection, business succession and wealth transfer planning for ultra-high net worth individuals including closely-held business owners, lawyers, doctors, and former professional athletes.  Randall has collaborated with professionals across the country on hundreds of clients with a net worth ranging from $10M to $200M.  Randall has also been mentoring and consulting with attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners devoted to advanced planning specific to ultra-high net worth clients throughout the country.

Randall's clients come from referrals across the nation including existing clients, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, and other business professionals.

Jacques LaCour

Planning & Design Specialist

Jacques has recently made a career move from banking and joined the Wealth Preservation Concepts team to further hone his business, finance and client relationship management skills.

Jacques’ banking focus revolved around business management, process development and client relationships.  Having held a number of management positions in the retail, service, and banking industries, Jacques also boasts a strong background in technology and analysis.  He excels at thinking outside-the-box and communicating intricate details and topics in a skillful and professional manner.

Jacques has volunteered with local theatre for the past 8 years and is passionate about mentoring young thespians.
